Items found to be faulty on receipt will either be replaced or the full cost of the item refunded at the discression of ScottishDancing.org administrators. In any case the buyer must contact the administrators of ScottishDancing.org within 7 days of receipt. The faulty item must be returned before a replacement or refund will be issued.
